How to use double-wall cardboard boxes between 300-350mm:

• Remove the flat-packed box from its packaging. Carefully unfold it by pulling the sides apart, allowing the box to take its natural shape.
• Turn the box so that the flaps are facing upwards. Push down on the bottom of the box to fully open it. Fold in the smaller side flaps first, then fold the larger flaps over them to create the base.
• Use packing tape to seal the bottom of the box securely. Run the tape along the seam where the flaps meet, and for extra security, add an additional strip of tape across the flaps perpendicular to the first strip.
